Building Fundraising Activities
購堂籌款活動

耶和華我們的神啊，我們預備這許多材料，要為你的聖名建造殿宇，都是從你而
來，都是屬你的。我的神啊，我知道你察驗人心，喜悅正直；我以正直的心樂意
獻上這一切物。現在我喜歡見你的民在這裡都樂意奉獻你。〈歷上29: 16-17〉

恩泉谷宣道會自八年前成立後，隨即在不同租借來的地點聚會，各項事工發展都
受不同程度的限制。歷經不斷禱告祈求，感謝主賜鴻恩，帶領我們於去年尋獲座
落於 3003 Moorpark Ave., San Jose, CA 95128 的新堂址， 作價一百八十萬元。

過去多月，我們深深體驗了上主恩典豐盛，祂帥領我們， 經多番商議交涉， 並
透過信徒奉獻、茶點義買、工藝美術品義買、車房買物、感恩節建堂籌款音樂會
等籌措工作， 終於應付了首期交收，並取得市府的 Conditional Use Permit（使用准
許證）。尚欠約一百萬元的樓款，我們將以借貸融資。

從本年二月開始，新堂將可以有限度供教會辦公室及團契等使用； 與此同時，
我們正努力申請 Building Permit（樓宇許可證）； 而首要條件乃進行必須之改革維
修項目，以符合電力安全、消防灑水系統、防煙門、防火門、空調系統、以及安
全疏散走道等標準之規定。這些工程估計需款約三十五萬元 。

Since West Valley Christian Alliance Church was established eight years ago, we’ve been renting from different locations for our place of worship.  During those times, we’ve faced many difficulties and restrictions.  God is faithful, after continuous prayers, late last year, He led us to a building on 3003 Moopark Ave., San Jose, Ca 95128 at the price of 1.8 million.

Over the past few months, we have experience the rich grace of God, through offerings from Brothers and Sisters, selling refreshments, arts and crafts sale, yard sale and Thanksgiving day classical concert, we were able to raise enough money for our down payment, but we still have a mortgage of 1 million dollars.  We have also successfully obtained the San Jose City Conditional Use Permit. 

Starting February of this year, we will have limited use of the new site for church offices and Fellowship gatherings.  At the same time, we are applying for our Building Permit; and the first order of business is to fulfill the requirements of electrical safety, fire sprinkler systems, fire doors, air conditioning systems and more. These repair cost are estimated to be about three hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
